Here is the plan for this week. It is pretty short as the students are in only 3 days and we have a pep rally on Wednesday!
Gr.6 Science - We will first review the results of both parts of the Unit Test. The rest of the week will explore a different topics regarding the sun in our new Sky Science unit.
Gr.6 Math - This week will involve creating an infographic about a celebrity of their choice. Students will be researching Net Worth, creating graphs, and analyzing what it all means.
Gr.7 Science - This week will involve reviewing and discussing student's Ecological footprint and potential renewable energies.
Gr.7 Math - We will continue practicing probability and making tree diagrams.
Gr.8 Life Skills - This week, we will have a discussion of last week's film The Imitation Game. The rest of the week will involve inputting artefacts into IRIS.
Short week! Parent/Teacher Interviews on Wednesday and Thursday.
