Gr. 6 SCIENCE: We will be finishing up our inquiry into the properties of air by looking at how air can be compressed. Next, we will be discussing Bernoulli's theorem and covering the basics needed for a fun project. PROPERTIES OF AIR QUIZ ON THURSDAY!

Gr. 7 SCIENCE: This week, we will be digging into Heat and Temperature by learning about the Particle Model of Matter, How heat affects this model, and the 3 states matter can have. We will also be doing another team project to summarize our results on these concepts.
Gr. 8 LIFE SKILLS: This week, we will wrap up discussions about Microaggressions. I have heard from other teachers about the positive effects these discussions have had and am hopeful there are lasting impacts. Wellness Week starts on Thursday where we will be going through a wonderful workbook made by Tom Baines.
It is also Wellness Week starting on Wednesday (PINK SHIRT DAY)!
